Since we do jobs by the hour we charge an hourly rate which is £30.00.
We manage to save costs by not taking time out of our day quoting for small jobs. But if you give us a call we will be able to give you an idea of the overall cost over the phone. Other contractors save cost by only doing the bigger jobs which take at least a day and don't move around from job to job, which is probably why you find it difficult to engage with tradesmen when you need a small job completed.
Some jobs take longer to complete than the on-site time e.g. tree removal, which requires us to take removed trees to the recyclying centre. This is generally factored into the cost. Small tree (up to 10 feet) removal generally costs £30 per tree, e.g. coniferous evergreens.
